Richard is an award-winning and veteran director of theatre, film and voiceover, having directed 50 plays, a dozen short films and web series, plus a number of radio commercials, plus approximately 300 demos for actors - both for on and off camera, covering multiple genres.

He most recently voice-directed his first animated feature film, DreamWorld, starring Mads Mikkelsen (Hannibal, Casino Royale), Roman Griffith Davis (Jojo Rabbit), Michael Welch (the Twilight franchise), Jason E. Kelley (Doomslayer, Deathloop), and Sarah James (America’s Got Talent).
